Shipping

Our orders will be shipped by FEDEX International Priority service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our software, depending on the geographical area and the number of items in the order.

Order Status.

1 - Accepted. At the moment we receive confirmation of payment for your order, an automatic response is generated informing the acceptance of the order, including information on how you can consult at any time the status of your order.

2 - Delivery. Your order will be issued in a maximum of 72 working hours after receipt. Otherwise you will be informed by e-mail of specific delivery of your order.

3 - Shipping. At the time your order is issued, you will receive an email from us informing you that your order is already in transit to your shipping address.

4 - Delivered. At the time your order is delivered, you will also receive an e-mail notifying you that we know that you have already received the goods.

Returning Items

Prior to any return, for whatever reason, the customer must contact MantillasOnLine, via email mantillasonline@volart.com or by phone +34 933 369 800 to indicate their intention. All our products carry a label traceability, with an identification number, which must be communicated to us. MantillasOnLine inform the customer by email on instructions for returning the product.

Returns of defective products.

In case of lack of conformity of the article, ie. when the consumer claims that the product does not match the description, qualities or uses advertised in our store, please contact us immediately (no later than 7 days), through our email mantillasonline@volart.com , indicating product data as well as the damage to or telephoning us on +34 933 369 800.

You must return the item to the address we indicate, so we can proceed to carefully examine it, and notify you by e-mail if any refund or replacement will be done. Such refund or replacement, shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days from the date we send you an email confirming the return or replacement of nonconforming item.

The amounts paid for products that are returned because of any quality defect, will be refunded in full, including shipping charges for sending the item and the costs incurred by the customer to return it to us. The refund will be made in the same medium that was used to pay for the purchase.

In the event that the return is not accepted by MantillasOnLine because we understand that the product has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from the return.

We cannot return packages not showing any identification of the sender (order number, name, address, ...).

Returns in exercise of the right to cancel the purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or any of the articles in the same, you can, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, exercise the right of return.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the customer, who must be sent securely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the products returned will be made by the same means by which the purchase is made. The refund does not include possible shipping charges.

The return may not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly put to use, therefore imperatively products must be returned properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to our premises, that MantillasOnLine will specify in instructions for returning the product sent via email.

Customs charges.

Any expense of Customs shall be paid by the customer and MantillasOnLine is not responsible for it.
